Clive Cousins, LL.B.
Commencing practice in 1977, Clive’s career has given him extensive experience in property law as well as corporate and commercial work. This work has included structuring many public floats, partnerships, joint ventures and trusts which form the basis of the modern corporate. Clive advises clients – which include a number of property developers – on asset protection as an integral part of their business activities.

Grant Smith, LL.B., B.Com(Hons)
Graduating in 1992 with an LL.B., B.Com (Hons) (majoring in economics), Grant began his career working in estate administration, residential conveyancing, trusts and asset protection. He is expert in forming trusts and corporate structures that provide protection for various assets types as well as retaining the flexibility required by his client’s changing needs and aspirations. Grant enjoys working alongside his clients and prides himself on his ability to respond promptly to a variety of situations and solve problems.

Eric Lee, LL.B.
Eric has a speciality interest in residential and commercial conveyancing and corporate law. He also has a broad background in employment law. Eric’s language skills include Malay and Mandarin.

PRACTICE MANAGER
Susan Cousins
Susan has worked in legal offices for the past 20 years, principally as a personal assistant to senior partners and has undertaken legal executive work. Susan was appointed Practice Manager when the firm of Canterbury Legal Services Ltd was established and as such is responsible for the administration of the office and trust account.
