Specialising in property and business conveyancing, company & commercial law, trusts & assets protection as well as litigation & dispute resolution. Our team have experience in a broad range of legal issues and we pride ourselves on our approachable and friendly atmosphere. We are looking to grow our litigation and dispute resolution business and require an experienced lawyer ideally with experience in this area.
Our established client base has a need for senior litigation services covering a variety of dispute resolution channels: mediation, arbitration, negotiation, Family Court, District Court, High Court and Appellant Courts. Within this role you’ll have the support of a junior solicitor to work on varied and interesting litigation. There will be the opportunity to further develop the litigation practice and for career development.
You’ll be a talented and well rounded solicitor with the ambition to want to develop both yourself and our junior solicitors. You will already have established experience at another legal practice within litigation and be looking for an environment where collaboration and emphasis on client service is valued. You’ll be looking for a highly competitive salary and profit sharing opportunities.
