Monthly Housing Update

Our conveyancing deal makes buying, selling, or refinancing residential property that little bit easier. But how is the market faring generally?

QV reports that although prices continued to drop in Canterbury in August, the drop was smaller than the month before, and smaller than elsewhere in the country. QV consultant Olivia Browne notes "there has recently been an increase in first-home buyers active in the market, and in increase of listings with asking prices that are meeting the market."
